All you do is login to the site with your Twitter account. Then just create a league (or as many as you want), add users to that league then past the code where every you want the league to appear.
But there is a fair bit that happens in the background. We update the follower counts 4 times a day for every user that is in a league, this means that it is pretty up-to-date without exhausting Twitters servers. This process does not use up any of your own API calls, with some API calls you are restricted to x number of calls per hour, per user.

I had the pleasure of co-hosting the Tuck In To Tech podcast for episode 9. Normally broadcasted by two 18 year olds from the north of England, the show briefly covers some of the top technology news from a UK perspective. With the guys' light hearted banter and coverage of obscure news this show is a must-listen. Listen to the episode
